What are the delivery charges? (Local delivery in Malaysia)

Delivery cost is incurred to the order(s) with value less than RM200. The charges as below:

When will I receive my order?
Your parcel shall reach you with an estimation of:
Orders made during peak seasons like Black Friday, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, Christmas Eve/ Day, New Year Eve/ Day, Chinese New Year Eve/ Day, delivery from courier company may be delayed due to overloading with orders.
Please note that our office will be closed on PH & eve of Chinese New Year.
West Malaysia: 2-3 business days
East Malaysia: 5-7 business days (Changes in the flight schedule might cause some slight delay for East Malaysia)
To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
What are the delivery timings? (policy by logistic company)
Monday to Friday – 9am – 6pm
Saturday – 9am to 1pm
Sunday & Public Holidays – No delivery
I would like to change my shipping address/contact number.
If you have not placed an order: Please login and click on ‘My Account’ followed by ‘Update Profile’.
If you have placed an order: Please notify us via email [email protected] immediately stating your order number and the intended new address. Our Customer Service personnel will get back to you within one (1) full working day.
*Please note that changes in shipping address details after submission of order may incur additional order processing time and delay in delivery.
What if I am not at home when the order arrives?
Our delivery personnel will attempt to call if you are unavailable to receive your order when it arrives. Reschedule of delivery will be arranged.
I will not be home during the delivery timing.
Please arrange an authorised person to receive your items on your behalf or rescheduling of delivery will be done when you received a call from the delivery personnel.
We only do domestic delivery within Malaysia.
If you believe you have received the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and a photograph of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued instead.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately. For any reason should you wish to return your item(s), you have seven (7) days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Please contact us at +60128009331 or email [email protected] to initiate the return.
Please ensure that the receipt is included in the parcel, and that the item(s) have not been opened and are in their original packaging with complete product tag. The item(s) must be returned to our returns address within seven (7) days upon receiving the item(s):

Once Quality Control has inspected the returned item(s), we will aim to process your return within seven (7) business days.
You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our premise and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.
If we accept your return, we will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and generally within 30 working days from the day on which we receive the returned Product.
