SEA MOSS TRUFFLE STEAM EGG
INGREDIENTS
- 5g of Hana.B’s Premium Sea Moss
- 380ml of Hana.B’s Superior Broth
- 130g of Eggs
- 60g of Mushrooms
- Garlic
- Spring Onions
- 2tbs of Truffle Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak the Sea Moss in ice-cold water for 15 minutes
- Make sure the Egg/Broth ratio is 1:3
- Sauté the Onion and Mushroom with Truffle Oil
- Bring the Egg and Superior Broth to steam for 15 minutes
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish with Spring Onions and Sea Moss
