SEA MOSS TRUFFLE STEAM EGG

INGREDIENTS

  • 5g of Hana.B’s Premium Sea Moss
  • 380ml of Hana.B’s Superior Broth
  • 130g of Eggs
  • 60g of Mushrooms
  • Garlic
  • Spring Onions
  • 2tbs of Truffle Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak the Sea Moss in ice-cold water for 15 minutes
  2. Make sure the Egg/Broth ratio is 1:3
  3. Sauté the Onion and Mushroom with Truffle Oil
  4. Bring the Egg and Superior Broth to steam for 15 minutes
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
  6. Garnish with Spring Onions and Sea Moss
