SEA MOSS SUPERIOR BROTH
INGREDIENTS
- 25g of Hana.B’s Premium Sea Moss
- 2,500ml of Water
- 1 medium Radish / 1 Turnip
- 1 medium Carrot
- 2 Corns with silk
- 3-4 Onions
- 2 Chicken Carcass & Chicken Leg
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring all the ingredients to boil in a slow fire for approximately 2.5-3 hours
- Cool down the broth after boiling and store it in an airtight mug
- The broth should be consumed within 5 days and the remainder should be stored in a freezer bag that will last for 3 months
