SEA MOSS SUPERIOR BROTH

INGREDIENTS

  • 25g of Hana.B’s Premium Sea Moss
  • 2,500ml of Water
  • 1 medium Radish / 1 Turnip
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 2 Corns with silk
  • 3-4 Onions
  • 2 Chicken Carcass & Chicken Leg

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring all the ingredients to boil in a slow fire for approximately 2.5-3 hours
  2. Cool down the broth after boiling and store it in an airtight mug
  3. The broth should be consumed within 5 days and the remainder should be stored in a freezer bag that will last for 3 months
