SEA MOSS SAMGYETANG
INGREDIENTS
- 1kg Kampong Chicken
- 8pcs Seedless Jujube
- 50g Glutinous Rice
- 12g Sea Moss
- 4pcs Codonopsis Dang Shen
- 4pcs Angelica Root
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 1 stalk Spring Onion
Sauce
- 2tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1tbsp Vinegar
- 1tbsp Honey
- 1tsp Crushed Sesame
- 1tsp Sesame Oil
- Green Chilli
INSTRUCTIONS
- Clean the Chicken and cut away the fat. Stuff Glutinous Rice, Sea Moss and Garlic into the Chicken.
- Put in the rest of the ingredients and boil for 1 hour.
- Once boiled, serve hot with Rice and garnish it with Kimchi or Furikake and dip the Chicken with the sauce.
