SEA MOSS SAMGYETANG

INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg Kampong Chicken 
  • 8pcs Seedless Jujube
  • 50g Glutinous Rice
  • 12g Sea Moss
  • 4pcs Codonopsis Dang Shen
  • 4pcs Angelica Root
  • 8 cloves Garlic
  • 1 stalk Spring Onion

Sauce

  • 2tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1tbsp Vinegar
  • 1tbsp Honey
  • 1tsp Crushed Sesame
  • 1tsp Sesame Oil
  • Green Chilli

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Clean the Chicken and cut away the fat. Stuff Glutinous Rice, Sea Moss and Garlic into the Chicken.
  2. Put in the rest of the ingredients and boil for 1 hour.
  3. Once boiled, serve hot with Rice and garnish it with Kimchi or Furikake and dip the Chicken with the sauce.
  4. Enjoy!
