SEA MOSS PUMPKIN SAUCE WITH STEAM SALMON

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g Pumpkin
  • Sea Moss Broth
  • 10g Sea Moss
  • 1tsp Garlic and Onion
  • 1/2tsp Paprika Powder
  • 1tsp Black Pepper
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 1pcs Salmon
  • 1 Lemon 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add some Olive Oil to the Pumpkin and grill until soft at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  2. Marinate the Salmon with Salt and squeeze in some Lemon juice, cut 3 slices of Lemon and steam together for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Once grilled, chop into small pieces and blend into a paste. Note: To blend it easily, add some Sea Moss Broth to blend it smoothly.
  4. Stir-fry some Onions and Garlic. To refine the taste, add Paprika, Black Pepper, and Salt.
  5. If the sauce gets thicker add the Sea Moss Broth little by little.
  6. Soak 10g of Sea Moss in ice-cold water. Cut into smaller pieces and pour in the sauce. Stir evenly.
  7. Add the sauce to the steamed Salmon, and you can also add your own salad or vegetables before serving.

Tips: This sauce is very versatile, you can use this Pumpkin paste as a bread spread too.
