
SEA MOSS COLLAGEN GEM
INGREDIENTS
- 25g of Hana.B’s Premium Sea Moss
- 750ml of Water
- 1 piece of Ginger sliced into julienne
- 2 pieces of Lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak the Sea Moss in ice-cold water for 15 minutes
- Slice Lemon and cut Ginger into juliennes
- Bring Sea Moss and Ginger to boil for 15 minutes
- Blend the Sea Moss in order to achieve a smooth texture after boiling
- Arrange Lemon Slices into the jar and pour into the Collagen Gem
- Cool down and infuse the Collagen Gem for 24 hours
Pro Tip: Collagen Gem can be enjoyed with a spoon of Honey or infused with other ingredients such as Ginger, Orange, etc.
