SEA MOSS COLLAGEN GEM

INGREDIENTS

  • 25g of Hana.B’s Premium Sea Moss
  • 750ml of Water
  • 1 piece of Ginger sliced into julienne
  • 2 pieces of Lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak the Sea Moss in ice-cold water for 15 minutes
  2. Slice Lemon and cut Ginger into juliennes
  3. Bring Sea Moss and Ginger to boil for 15 minutes
  4. Blend the Sea Moss in order to achieve a smooth texture after boiling
  5. Arrange Lemon Slices into the jar and pour into the Collagen Gem
  6. Cool down and infuse the Collagen Gem for 24 hours

Pro Tip: Collagen Gem can be enjoyed with a spoon of Honey or infused with other ingredients such as Ginger, Orange, etc.
