COLLAGEN NOODLES – THAI STYLE RECIPE

Collagen Noodles - Thai Style Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 150gm minced Chicken meat seasoned with 1/4tsp salt and some pepper
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, finely minced
  • 2 Long Beans, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
  • Some Sea Moss
  • Herbs of choice (mint, coriander, Thai basil)

Dressing:

  • Hana.B Sauce – Dark sauce and chilli oil
  • 1.5tbs Fish Sauce
  • 2.5tbs Lime Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak the Sea Moss in ice-cold water for 15mins and cut it into smaller pieces.
  2. Sauté the minced Garlic.
  3. Boil the noodles for 3.5mins, putting in the Long Beans at the last 3mins to boil together.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and dressing together
  5. Enjoy!
