COLLAGEN NOODLES - KOREAN STYLE
INGREDIENTS
- 1pcs Hana B Collagen Noodles
- 5g Sea Moss
- Kimchi
- Hard Boiled Egg
- Cucumber (Julienne cut)
- Korean Pear (Julienne cut)
- Sesame Seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil the noodles for 3.5 minutes.
Tip: For better texture, dip the collagen noodles in cold water after they are cooked. - Soak the Sea Moss in ice cold water for 15 minutes.
- Once the noodles are cooked, put in the sauce and chilli oil. Garnish with soaked Sea Moss, Egg, Cucumber and Korean Pear, Sesame Seeds and Kimchi.
