COLLAGEN NOODLES - KOREAN STYLE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1pcs Hana B Collagen Noodles
  • 5g Sea Moss
  • Kimchi
  • Hard Boiled Egg
  • Cucumber (Julienne cut)
  • Korean Pear (Julienne cut)
  • Sesame Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil the noodles for 3.5 minutes.
    Tip: For better texture, dip the collagen noodles in cold water after they are cooked.
  2. Soak the Sea Moss in ice cold water for 15 minutes.
  3. Once the noodles are cooked, put in the sauce and chilli oil. Garnish with soaked Sea Moss, Egg, Cucumber and Korean Pear, Sesame Seeds and Kimchi.
  4. Enjoy!
